BY CAR
From the
M5 , exit at Junction 27 and follow the signs for
Tiverton and North Devon (A361) on the dual carriageway.
Approximately 2 miles at the end of the dual carriageway
there is a roundabout. Carry straight on - signposted
A361 South Molton and Barnstaple.
Travel along this road in a Northerly direction for
approximately 15-20 miles and you will eventually travel
downhill and then up a long straight. At the top of the
straight you will see Services to your left (there are
also Services to the right, below the horizon) with
toilets, parking and a refreshments caravan. Turn left
as if you are going into the Services, but follow the
road immediately to the right - signposted 'Chulmleigh
10 miles'.
You will encounter three crossroads - go straight ahead
on each occasion. You will enter the centre of
Chulmleigh at a crossroads adjacent to The Red Lion.
Turn right and the Old Court House is around 200 yards
up South Molton Street on the right.
We have no car park, however there is ample parking on
the street with no yellow lines and no traffic warden.
